30 Days to Return

Paul Fan New York’s return policy states that returns must be submitted no later than 30 days from your receipt of the product. All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition and returned with the provided packing slip. Paul Fan New York reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our requirements.

Returns and Exchanges

In an effort to furnish refunds issued for returned merchandise as quickly as possible, we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you are interested in a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the correct item right away and returning your original item.

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Returns are free and there is no return label fee.

Returned items MUST have all original tags attached and must be accompanied by the packing slip associated with the order.

Refund processing may take several days to clear after receipt of return.
